Search for a Place (Hastings), Person (William I) or Period (1066) for Points of Interest (POIs) to visit.

After installation find Red1st Time Travel© uder the Extras icon:



Alerts are based on the Sat Nav's proximity to POIs: a general distance radius of 8 miles, or 4 miles in more concentrated areas, or 1 mile in some capital cities. Request us to modify Alert distances if they cause nuisance.

Installation:

Red1st's Time Travel© TourGuide can exceed 40Mb in size so may exceed the available memory on your Garmin Sat Nav (GPS).
Red1st recommend you install a Micro SD Card into your Garmin Sat Nav (GPS) to provide additional storage mrmory.

Connect your Garmin Sat Nav (GPS) to your computer and press the download button above.


Save the linked file(s) to the Micro SD Card "Removable disc" (or within the POI folder of your Garmin Sat Nav (GPS)).

Safely remove your Micro SD Card and Garmin Sat Nav (GPS) from your computer (Windows: Remove Hardware).
Then you are ready to Time Travel!
If your Garmin Sat Nav (GPS) fails to shut down after diconnecting from your computer press its restart button.
If you choose to buy Red1st TourGuide, delete the "Red1st Time Travel - Free Sample" file to avoid duplicates.
