Robert Pinder/Pender and Maria Crackle/Crackel

#1 | Posted: 16 Nov 2012 15:25 | Edited by: grannya
Robert Pinder and Maria Crackle were the parents of my 2nd Great grandfather, John Pinder/Pender (1826-1908) . He and his brother Robert and perhaps sister Maria emigrated to Canada. I would like to communicate with anyone connected to this family. John married Mary Elizabeth Letson, daughter of William Letson and Catherine Stoner. John and family later moved to Michigan, USA.

Hi grannya

Are your Pender/Pinders connected to the person on here with ID I3813? This guy is part of a family from Scotland who went to New Zealand. I'm only connected with them, not blood relations, so I haven't looked at their origins. It might be worth your while to take a look.

just seen your note about the penders/pinders.

Your Robert Pinder (married to Maria Crackle) is the Son of William Pinder born abt 1766. (married to Sarah Penniston)

This william Pinder is the older brother to my ancestor John Pinder born about 1775. He married Sarah Butler.

You are lucky your family went to Canada. The wife and sons of my ancestor went to Tasmania on a convict ship!
