- The following excellent posting on medieval genealogy shows that his wife was Susannah, dau. of Sir John Oglander:

The ancestor table for the Duchess of Cornwall on www.wargs.com gives
her ancestor 902 as "Matthew Combe, M.D., of Winchester."

Dr. Combe's wife is apparently unknown (903 is left blank), but his
daughter Susan married Sir John Miller, 4th Baronet, and was mother of
Anne Miller, wife of the 3rd Earl of Albemarle.
However, Cecil Aspinall-Oglander's _Nunwell Symphony_ (a book about the
Oglander family) shows that Dr. Matthew Combe's wife was in fact Hannah
Oglander, daughter of Sir John Oglander, 4th Baronet:
p. 140--
But to return to Nunwell. There, in August, 1676, Mary (Oglander nee
Webb) herself had again been plunged in grief by the death of her
daughter Dolly at the age of four. Nor need there be any doubts of
Dolly's unusual charm, for even the village priest went out of his way
to break the dull monotony of his Burial Register by adding a special
description of the deceased, as 'a child of prodigious parts and
exquisite features.' Two years later, with mechanical precision,
another daughter arrived, and this infant, christened Susannah, and
known as Hannah for short, determined to make amends for her parents'
disappointment by becoming a raging beauty. Better still, she even
succeeded in transmitting her looks to her descendants, and her
granddaughter Anne Miller, Countess of Albemarle, was the inspiration
for Sir Joshua Reynold's masterpiece which now adorns the walls of a
London picture gallery.
p. 155 --
Hannah, the beauty of the family, had taken a long time to find the
husband of her choice, but was now the second wife of Dr. Matthew Combe
of Winchester. It was the youngest daughter of this apparently
inauspicious union who eventually married Sir John Miller of Froyle and
became famous as the mother of Sir Joshua Reynold's masterpiece.
chart between pp. 222-23 --
shows Sir John Oglander, 2nd Bart. with a daughter Susannah "m'd Dr.
Matthew Coombe, M.D., of Winchester," and had "Susan Combe, m'd Sir
John Miller, 4th Bt. of Frayle."
This identification seems supported by the records below-an extracted
marriage in the IGI and entries in A2A (from the Oglander Collection):

>From the American side, this would make the Duchess of Cornwall kin to
Mr. Edward-1 Bromfield of Boston and his descendants (including some (?
all) of the Josiah Quincys).
The pedigree chart in the Oglander book shows some of the wives who
would bring in different ancestral lines:
--"Mary, da. of Wm. Webb, Esq., Alderman of London"
--"Dorothy, da. of Sir Francis Clerke of Hitcham"
--"Frances, da. of Sir George Mere of Losely, Surrey, Chancellor of the
Garter"
--"Ann, da. of Anthony Dillington, Esq. of Knighton Gorges"
--"Alice, sister of Wm. Hammond, Esq. of Guilford, Surrey"
