Probate Will of Henry Evander Jenkyns, 12 February 1833
This is the last Will and Testament
of I Henry Evander Jenkyns of Cowley Street in the City of Westminster
Gentleman I will and devise that all of my just debts funeral and testamen-
tary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently after my decease
by my Executrix hereinafter appointed and from and after the payment
thereof I give devise and bequeath all the cost residue and remainder of
my property whether real or personal in posesion expectancy reversion
or remainder unto my mother Jane Elizabeth Maria Jenkyns of Cowley
Street aforesaid Widow her heirs executors administrators and asigns for ever
and I do hereby authorise and empower my Executrix hereinafter appointed to
sell the whole or any part of my said property as she thinks fit to any persons
or persons whomsoever and for my said Executrix's receipt or receipts shall be
good and sufficient discharge or discharges to the purchaser or purchasers thereof
who shall not be accountable for the non or the application of the whole or any
part of his, her, or their purchase money and lastly I do nominate reinstitute
and appoint my said Mother sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking
all former Wills by me at any time made In Witness whereof I Henry Evander
Jenkyns the said testator have to this my Will contained and wrtten on one
side of a sheet of paper set my hand and seal this twelfth day of March one

Jenkyns the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of
us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have
hereunto set and subscibed our names as Witneses to the same. Jane
